ERTH controls technologies that treat, reduce and dispose of municipal agricultural, industrial and hazardous wastewaters in a manner that produces profitable commercial results and preserves the environment. ERTH has three key technology programs that reduce volumes of wastewater, cleans wastewater, creates valuable end products and destroys hazardous contaminants. It does this in markets where discharge and disposal are costly, and are subject to existing and increasing regulation by both states and the Federal government. ERTH has carefully assembled a high quality portfolio of issued and pending patents that protect the technologies it is developing. ERTH is neither a manufacturer nor a seller of these technologies as products, but is commercializing them by offering services for fees in the target markets.
